1901 census also has David Willcocks Aged 56 from Pudsey Yorks, presumably brother or cousin of Frances?Probably remarried to Frances Wilcock in June(2nd Quarter) 1893 Vol 5b Page 384 in Totnes, Devon. Is she a cousin/widowed sister-in-law/coincidence?
